Atlantic salmon is
marked on the char-broiler, topped with a lemon dill butter, finished in the
oven, served with sautéed chef vegetables and Bellefleur’s rice pilaf.
A mound of shaved corned beef is heated on the flat grill with fresh sauerkraut with bacon bits, topped with melted Swiss cheese, and a special house dressing, served on toasted rye with seasoned fries
Carmel Valley Field Greens Salad
Dried pears, bleu cheese crumbles, toasted pecans, and Spanish sherry vinaigrette dressing on the side. (with or without chicken)
